Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have finally revealed the unusual name of their fourth child, born in February 2023. At the Deadpool & Wolverine premiere in New York, Ryan expressed gratitude to his family and shared the name of their newest addition, Olin.
“I want to thank my wife Blake, who is here,” Ryan said. “I want to thank my kids James, Inez, Betty, and Olin. I hope that this moment, the contents of this movie, is the most traumatic thing in your wondrous lives.”
Olin, a Nordic name meaning ‘ancestor’s heir,’ is typically a boy’s name, but Ryan and Blake haven’t disclosed the sex of their child. The couple is known for choosing unisex names.
Ryan shared on CNBC’s Power Lunch that their growing family is doing great. “We wouldn’t do this four times if we didn’t love it. Everybody’s fantastic,” he said. He later joked about having more children, saying, “The more the merrier.”
