Big fans of Drake will know the Canadian rapper’s favourite wine is Santa Margherita (he drinks it by the litre in ‘The Motto’ with Lil Wayne).
What you may not know is you can use it to make a killer cocktail. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Santa Margherita’s ‘Prosecco Superiore’ the legends have put together the Drake Inspired Santa Margherita Spritz. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients
– 60 ml Santa Margherita Prosecco
– 45 ml St- Germain
– 60 ml Soda Water
– Lemon Twist
– Edible Flowers
Directions
– Pour St Germain over ice into your glass
– Top with prosecco and soda water
– Give the drink a good stir
– Gently twist a lemon peel on top of your drink and add edible flowers
